To our amazing customers and friends,

Since 1960, Jackson Family Tree Service has weathered many storms – though none of them have looked quite like this.

We wanted to take a moment to send best wishes for health and safety to each of you during this troubling time. We are keeping our community, our nation, the world, and each of you in our prayers as the coronavirus situation unfolds.

Jackson Family Tree Service is taking every precaution to keep our employees and customers safe and healthy. Considering the low-contact nature of our business we plan to continue to serve our customers to the best of our abilities until further notice while taking the appropriate and necessary precautions to reduce the spread of the coronavirus.

It is our goal to keep our crew working as long as possible so their families, and ours, can continue to have the financial means to weather this storm and we greatly appreciate your support in doing so.

We are putting the following procedures in place to ensure everyone’s safety, both from COVID-19 and from spring and summer storms and high winds.

-Our crews do their work outside, away from large groups of people and as such, will continue to complete scheduled tree work, however, additional vehicles will arrive at your property as we practice social distancing and only have one crew member per vehicle.

-We will continue residential appointments and estimates at this time. We ask that if you feel that you need to speak to or show our certified arborist trees on your property that you let our office staff know in advance. Our arborist, Mike, will then call you when he arrives so you can walk him through your yard on the phone.

We ask that you continue to think of us for all your tree and plant health care needs. Our small business, employees, and family greatly appreciate your support and trust during this time.

With prayers for a bright and healthy future,

Mike and Rachel
