Our experience with Jackson Tree Service went from good to bad when, in the course of cutting down a large oak tree, a branch of the tree got away from the crew. It fell and damaged the roof and actually put a hole in the roof (see photo). We were unaware of the severity of the damage at the time. Once the job was complete, a couple of guys came back with a bucket of tar. They did not knock on our door or let us know they were there. We happened to notice them walking around outside and asked them what they were doing. They said they needed to repair some shingles that had come loose during the work. The repair consisted of a makeshift patch (basically a glob of tar) that they applied to the damaged area (see photo). The hole in the previous photo was discovered under the patch by the roofer. After approximately 9 months, the patch began to leak causing damage to our ceiling (see photo). At best, the guys, who are not roofers, were diligent but inadequate in their attempted repair. At worst, they were trying to hide the severity of the damage. The owner of the company refuses to compensate us for the damage or even to admit that their crew is responsible for the damage. Before our roof started leaking, we actually thought they had done a good job. That thought quickly dissipated after we asked the company to compensate us for the damage they caused. We are extremely disappointed in Jackson Tree Service. This is no way to treat customers. Be warned that if you choose Jackson Tree Service for your work, their business model apparently includes not taking responsibility for any damage to your property.

Jackson Tree employees were professional and polite and did a great job trimming my trees. I highly recommend them to do a great job whatever they are assigned to do

As an owner/operator of a property management company, I must have trust in our vendors to have our company and the properties we manage in mind when they perform work. Reliable vendors are critical to keeping owners and tenants happy, and this company has consistently delivered. Their team is responsive, professional, and communicates clearly throughout the process. The work is completed safely, efficiently, and with great attention to detail. We appreciate having a vendor we can confidently rely on and would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing quality tree service.
