The storm on Friday (March 14) caused my tree limbs to fall down. I called Jackson Tree Service on Saturday and they completed the tree removal on Monday. The service and experience were fantastic. Rachel kept in constant communication with me and Mike ensured the project was completed safely. It was a difficult tree removal and they were able to provide great service during busy time. Jackson removed a GIANT tree for me and I still am in wonder at how they even did it. It was feet from my house, feet from the power line to my house, feet from the power line to everyone else. There was an internet line around there too. Yet somehow, they were able to remove this tree completely in one day without any damage to my home. My yard is a little rough, but that's to be expected with this kind of work and I knew it would happen going in. There was a delay with the crane's arrival, so they even stayed later than expected to make sure it was done same day! This tree has haunted me for years and I knew it was finally time to say goodbye. I'm so grateful to Jackson for offering a reasonable price, a quick timeline, and great service. I can finally rest assured that no tree will be trying to visit me in my living room. Definitely recommend!

I can't say enough good things about this company. They did the job relatively soon after agreeing on a contract and it just so happened to be right before the big snow storm. Man where do I start. This company was a lifesaver. Bought a new house, loved the house hated the humongous tree in the front yard that was right on top op clean out. They did an amazing job with removing the tree with out damaging the plumbing.

Jackson Tree Service is one of the few companies around that actually value their customer and provide excellent service. I have always interacted with Kelly from Jackson and she is amazing! Always keeping us up to date on scheduling of the service and always follows up with me if I am satisfied with the work. All of our tree work has only been completed by Jackson Tree Service. The team just completed removing a 35ft pin oak infested with galls. What an incredible operation to remove this tree like a Swiss watch. The team was on point. I cannot recommend Jackson Tree Service for ALL your tree service.

If you need a large tree removed from a small space, Jackson is the company to call! We had a huge pine tree very close to our house that needed to come out. The team from Jackson did an excellent job removing it safely, with no damage to themselves or any of the nearby structures. Their coordinated team used a pulley system to control where each piece of the tree fell. Communication was great throughout the process. Great job -- two thumbs up.

Jackson Tree Service did a fantastic job. Sad we had to lose 4 large oak trees to disease. That said, they did a great job. Even with large machinery they were able to minimize any lawn damage. They were very professional and neat and worked quickly. Their pricing was better than many of the other lawn/tree services we contacted, yet the work done was of the highest quality.

My husband and I would highly recommend Jackson Tree Service. We recently had our 40 year old Oak tree removed. Everyone was completely helpful and professional. Kelly took my call and I explained what we needed to have done she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and scheduled a tree removal consultation. We were extremely pleased with the estimate and tree and stump removal. The tree removal staff were right on time and very professional. They took our extremely large tree down with safety and ease. They also took care of our yard and clean up. We will definitely recommend and use Jackson tree service in the future.

Very happy with our experience with Jackson Tree Service. Over the course of 2021 they treated one of our trees for ash borers, fertilized the tree and also trimmed and pruned. They were always very responsive from getting an estimate to getting the work scheduled and completed.

Removed a 25 year old oak tree in my back yard enclosed with a chain link fence. The fence had to be dropped in order for the removal team to get their mini lift into the back yard. They were very careful in taking down the tree given powerlines and a utility shed underneath. They did an excellent job keeping the yard clean and carefully removing limbs and droppings from the tree. Overall pleased with the work.

I called three (3) tree service companies to remove a tree and stump and chose Jackson Tree Service for the following reasons:
1. They returned my call the same day
2. The lady on the phone was very nice
3. They came to look at my tree the NEXT day and provided me a bid within 24-hours
4. Their bid was NOT outrageously high
5. They arrived early to my house and waited until a certain time to make noise, being considerate of my neighbors!
6. The two guys who removed our tree and stump (unbelievable how quickly they did it!) were super friendly and kind
7. I was surprised how well they cleaned up after themselves.

I sent them photos and they sent someone to check out the situation. Good communications via email before I signed the proposal. I contacted Jackson Family Tree service about a tree that I thought needed pruning. They replied quickly, got me scheduled, and came out to assess the tree. They made sure they understood my concerns and gave me advice about the best way to proceed.

My experience with Jackson Tree Service was excellent. Kelly responded quickly to my online inquiry for service. She kept me posted when a representative would be at my property to provide an estimate. She even texted to inform me of a change of plans due to a major storm and storm damage would need to be addressed before my elective service. I accepted the estimate sent to me via email. The service was performed as agreed and the representative left me a notice on my door that the service was completed as I was not home at the time. They sent me an invoice via email after the service was completed. This company is very professional. I appreciated the excellent communication from Kelly.

We have been using Jackson Tree Service for many years. They have removed trees, did stump removal and grinding, as well as trimmed our trees.
This summer’s big storm caused much tree damage. They were quick to get to us, took care of the downed tree and limbs and cleaned the whole area of debris. The service crew were professional, courteous and did an excellent job. Thank you so much!

The three men who came to do the work were extremely friendly and polite and went above and beyond... I was very happy with the service. Plus earlier, someone came to treat the trees. He worked quickly and I barely knew he was there. And finally, communicating with Kelly through email and phone was easy. Jackson Tree Service did a great job with my tree trimming. Kelly was very helpful with explaining services, fees and scheduling. Someone came to evaluate the tree, and to explain options to me. Randy treated my Pin Oak for Oak Gall. This was the first year my tree showed signs of the disease. Randy was skilled at the treatment and explained each step as well as detailing the products used. They also pointed out some additional care that the trees needed to be provided to extend the two trees life and health. When another tree service failed to show for a scheduled appointment, I did some virtual finger walking & came across Jackson Tree Service. The fact that they are a locally, family owned business got my attention. As soon as I reached out to them, I knew I had made the right choice. I had a sugar maple tree that I thought was going to have to be removed & some trimming of a cedar tree & holly bush. Their response to provide an estimate of what needed to be done was simply amazing! In addition to an estimate, they provided expert advice as to what they recommended. This resulted in saving the sugar maple, and slowing the growth of the cedar & holly bush. All work was accomplished in a most efficient & professional manner. There was absolutely no disturbance for my family or my neighbors. I would highly recommend Jackson Tree Service.
